Organic native rice starch is a plant-based dry and low-protein powder product. It is mostly made up of amylose and amylopectin, and this starch is naturally gluten-free.

Uses
Organic starch is used to produce custard, pudding, sauces and dressing. It is also used for baking cakes and biscuits, as well as improving the texture of the dough, enhancing the flavours and extending the shelf life of the finished products.
Starch is used in the coating and production of different kinds of tablets and medicines.
In this sector, rice starch is used for producing cleanser, and as aspersion powder for baby products. It is gentle and adapted to the most sensitive skin.
It has lenitive, refreshing, calming, anti-itching and nourishing properties for skin, hence its use in baby products.
