- It has a lenitive effect on the skin: when dissolved in warm water, its high chalkiness and low pH make it an ideal natural cosmetic for children. The emollient effect on the skin and the calming action protect against irritation and dermatitis from nappy rash.
- Moreover, it protects laundry fibres in a natural way, preventing the penetration of impurities into the textile fibres.
